Skaters are asking about double footed hockey stops. If you have a surface
that is too grippy, too slippy or inconsistent (so anything but perfect),
you are best to have one of your skates planted for stability and control.
It is true that double footed stops will stop you slightly quicker, but if
you hit an unexpected dusty or wet patch, your feet will get away from you.
Practice both:-)
What wheels hardness were they ??
