do u have any recommendations for a fair priced skate for an intermediate
to near advance player?
wow i feel confident enough to go buy skates now lol thanks
I use to be into speed skating when I was 9-11 and my friend with hockey
skates somehow always beat me in a race. I’m now 18 and wanted to get back
into inline skating would you prefer speed or hockey
brand wise
Yes I saw it on the other video please repond just to the other video
Do u need roller hockey skates to play roller hockey or will recreational
work because i got recreational for christmas and I dont no if I can use
them to play
For playing tag, hockey skates may be the way to go, the way some of the
wheels are setup you can stop and start a lot quicker with roller hockey
skates.
I agree. All my roller hockey skates are Mission. I totally love the Hi-lo
chassis. Ever since I switched to skates with Hi-lo my speed has gone up.
Not that Im a speed guy, but its still nice to get some pickup when I need
it.
Yes I saw the response on the other video I wrote a response on the other
one so please respond only on the other video
Well I’m an advanced skater and I ride mission inhalers they are rally nice
have a lot of support and ride very smooth so I recommend any kind of
mission skates bc of the hi lo chassis which gives for better start offs
and speed look into getting mission inhaler AC:4 they are amazing an only
250$ so I recommend them to any hockey player
Check out Rink Rat or Labeda wheels. They would be the best choice of what
we offer. Also, with you being a bigger person get a wheel that is maybe a
touch bigger in durometer so you don’t wear out the wheel as quickly.
Most skates are good, the Reebok 3K is pretty awesome. You will want to get
another set of outdoor wheels. The ones that come on them are in the middle
as far as indoor/outdoor and depending on your body size they could wear
out faster outdoors.
usk
You are actually going to need new skates altogether. The frames on roller
hockey skates won’t handle bigger wheels. For cross training you are going
to want skates that have wheels 90mm and higher.
I am getting a new pair of skates. i play a lot of indoor games like skate
across tag etc. should i buy hockey skates or any other type of skates
Is there a good pair of outdoor hockey skates for advanced player?
Agreed. Tour skates are horrible. I used to work for a skate shop and those
things are a joke.
What us the name of them white skatss in the backround and them black and
white skates at the begining?
9-13*
I will mostly use it on asphalt.
why arent they roller hockey skates…and are tour ext 550 skates roller
hockey skates?

Hello, I responded to your question on a previous video, but in case you
did not see it then here ya go: You can use rec skates to play roller
hockey. However, what type of surface will you be playing on? If you are
playing in the street you are all set. If you are playing indoor or outdoor
on a sport court type surface then you will need to get different wheels.
You want a wheel with a lower durometer so you aren’t slipping and sliding
all over the place.
Which skates are you referring to?
I am not too sure. This video was made back in 2010. Odds are that skate is
no longer in production.
Im new to roller hockey I play Ice Hockey is roller skating anything like
ice skating?
very helpful
Roller hockey is similar in that you use the same motions of skating in
both sports. Where you will find it different is in the stopping. You can’t
do a traditional hockey stop in roller hockey.
thank you for the great information! this is the most informative video ive
seen on hockey skates!
why do people always say these are roller hockey skates when they are not
in fact roller hockey skates they are inline skates. big difference. As a
roller hockey player I am offended that people always get the names wrong
can you just rool around in them and not play hockey
