Phantoms U15s Play Swindon Wildcats Ice Hockey Match
Starting out strong in this game of ice hockey between Peterborough Phantoms and the Swindon wildcats in the under 15s league saw the Phantoms score within a couple of minutes and ending the first period of ice with and 7-0 lead.
Peterborough wasted no time in getting on the scoreboard and before the first 15 minutes of ice hockey were up, they had taken a 7 goal lead. Joseph Faulkner opened the scoring and George Lumsden picked up his first goal for the U15's, with Jarvis Hunt hitting a hat trick.
Period two and three continued much the same as period one, with the Phantoms scoring freely and Jarvis Hunt adding a second hat trick, along with Ross Clarke and Bradley Bowering both scoring hat tricks of their own.
Man of the Match: Jarvis Hunt.
Into the last two minutes saw a bad clearance from Peterborough allowing Swindon to claw back a goal denying Luke Clarke his shut out. Into the last 40 or so seconds saw another break away from Swindon nearly give them a second goal but Luke denying them the opportunity leaving the final score. Peterborough 16 Swindon 1
